Normandie Vitesse

The Normandie Vitesse is a high-speed aluminium twin hulled catamaran capable of carrying passengers and freight from Poole to Cherbourg in just 2hrs and 15mins. This service is operated by an alliance partner for Brittany Ferries and consequently some facilities will vary from the rest of the fleet. Some crossings may be operated by the sister vessels, the Rapide or the Express.

Barfleur

Barfleur will operate a daily day-time crossing from Poole and an overnight cruise back from Cherbourg as well as extra crossings every Friday and Saturday. Launched in 1992, the Barfleur is named after a picturesque, small fishing village in Normandy, only 25 kilometres from Cherbourg. Smaller than the rest of the fleet, she offers en suite cabin accommodation with or without porthole, self service restaurant, bar and reserved seats lounge.
